...Weighed aircraft for weight and balance...Once fore and aft level was determined, the proper nose gear weight could be determined. It went from 268 before leveling to 332 when level. Also, the canopy must be fully closed to be accurate. The wheel pants and gear leg fairings were taped in place and added nearly 10 pounds to the weight but will add at least that many knots speed when finally finished and installed according to other builders. Final weight 1127, NG 332, RM 394 and LM 401. The autopilot and AHARS and EFIS and most instruments favor the left side.
