Connect fuel valve to pump fuel line to position pump assembly.
Using close quarter 90 degree drill, match drill pump assembly mount holes in tunnel wal, 6x.
Fabricate extended jaws for Jorgenson clamp to dimple tunnel sidewall for #8 screws. Two pieces of poplar were drilled using #12 drill to provide holes for a set of #8 dimple dies. These holes were aligned using a piece of 3/16" drill rod. The poplar arms were then screwed to the clamp facilitating a sufficient throat to reach the holes in the tunnel wall. Dimple dies were inserted in the clamp faces of the poplar arms. The dies were positioned over the tunnel wall and the clamp was tightened. Insufficient force was available to fully dimple the tunnel wall. The solution was to use a heavy bucking bar behind the inside tunnel die and strike the outside die with a mallet. This resulted in a near perfect dimple.
