Fill original mount rivet holes with rivets to plug holes.
Attach Andair valve to mount plate with AN515 8R8 hardware and locknuts.
Attach mount plate to tunnel angles (temporary for fuel line fitment). Will use AN 515 8R8 hardware for permanent mounting.
Cleco tunnel top doubler in place.
Rivet doubler using p-squeezer.
Temporarily mount valve handle extension mount to tunnel top.
Verify fit of valve, handle, and extension. Fit is good.
Smooth ends of extension rod using s/b wheel and 400 sp.
Match drill handle end of extension rod for drift pin using 3/32" drill, drill press, and V block.
Install drift pin.
Verify fit of tunnel cover,handle, and extension with fuel valve. Fit is good with about 1/16" end play in extension rod when tunnel cover is installed.
Verified clearance of elevator push rod with fuel valve installed.
