Brief Description:  Aileron Bellcrank to Torque Tube Pushrod

1300 - 1418

Fabricate torque tube zero position gauge.

Install bellcrank gauge.

Install torque tube gauge.

Adjust pushrod ends to zero bellcrank and torque tube.

Tighten pushrod jam nuts to secure length of pushrod. Used Loctite blue thread lock on jam nuts.

Begin sanding wingtip seams using permagrit fine and 180 s/p.

Sand seam in wingtip light recess to prepare for tip light installation.
