Brief Description: Install Aileron to Bellcrank Pushrod
1600 - 1642 1718 - 1736
Temporarily install aileron.
Install pushrod.
Install bellcrank zero jig.
Adjust pushrod to align aileron with flap (in full UP Reflex position) and wingtip TE.
Verify range of motion and clearance of all pushrods. It appears that the bellcrank to aileron pushrod rubs against the aileron hinge bracket at extreme ailron down position. A search of the forums found that this is normal at this stage. When the wings are installed and the aileron linkages are connected, the opposite aileron UP stop will limit the range of aileron movement and prevent any interference issues. This will be verified at that stage.
