Rivet NACA Vents and Cable Fairings
1212 - 1330 1400 - 1624
Match drill previously fabricated vent doublers using #40 drill, cleco as drilled, 8x.
Remove clecos.
Debur all holes.
Install every othe cleco.
Rivet fuselage skin, vent, and doubler using 3X gun and tungsten bar, 40x.
Rivet outside rudder cable fairings to fuselage skin using 3X gun and tungsten bar, 12x.
Rivet inside rudder cable fairings using LP4-3 and LP4-4 pulled rivets and p-rivet puller.
Remove excess proseal from around all vents and fairings.
