Rivet Right Baggage Area Cover
1436 - 1536
Cleco cover to #19 hole in F-1006.
Match drill holes in flange to F-1006 using #30 drill.
Match drill all nut plate attachment holes using #40 drill, cleco as drilled.
Remove cover.
Debur all holes in cover and structure.
Dimple nut plate attachment holes.
Dimple #30 holes in flange and F-1006.
Install 3/8" insulation on skin behind cover.
Cleco cover in position.
Rivet cover per plans using p-rivet puller, hand puller, p-squeezer.
Rivet nut plates using p-squeezer.
