QB Fuse Antenna
Brief Description:
Fabricate Antenna Doubler
1154 - 1354
Design and fabricate antenna doubler for CI-122 Com Antennas. Will be mounted under aft seats.
Design 3 sided pan doubler on 032 aluminum.
Shear to size.
Smooth all edges using s/b wheel.
Bend three stiffener sides using pan brake.
Fabricate fourth side stiffener from 032 aluminum using shear and brake.
Locate and drill clearance holes for existing rivets.
Locate and drill holes common to doubler and stiffener.
Machine c-sink required holes.
