Arrange lower skin and frames on sawhorses.

Position F-1047 C, D, E in frames.

Cleco the side skin to the bottom skin and frames.

Locate foward rivet line end mark in specified hole.

Drill with #40 drill and cleco. Repeat for other stiffeners.

Match drill skin holes into stiffeners, on stiffener rivet line with #40 drill. Kyle held stiffener, I aligned and drilled.

Cleco every other hole.
