Brief Description:
Tailcone Frames, Stiffeners
1445 - 1615
Position tailcone lower skin on sawhorses.
Cleco tailcone frames to skin.
Slide F-1047 F stiffeners into place.
Align forward rivet line mark with skin hole.
Match drill skin holes into stiffeners along rivet line, 2x.
Slide F-1047 G into place.
Align aft rivet line with skin hole.
Match drill skin holes into stiffener along rivet line.
Debur bellcrank ribs and smooth edges with bench sander and s/b wheels.
Cleco bellcrank ribs to frame and skin.
Final drill 6 holes with #30 driinto frame..
Final drill common holes with #40 drill.
