Install Left ER Tank
1454 - 1554 1630 - 1830
Mark stiffener pieces for reassembly.
Disassemble wingtip stiffener mounts.
Debur all holes.
Machine c-sink stiffener angle for flush rivets.
Prime all parts.
Dimple applicable holes in wingtip rib for flush rivets.
Cleco stiffeners together.
Rivet nut plates to stiffeners, 4x, using p-squeezer.
Rivet angle tabs to stiffeners using p-squeezer.
Cleco stiffener assemblies to wingtip and skin.
Rivet stiffeners to wingtip rib and skin using p-squeezer and 3x rivet gun, where necessary.
