This simply shaped panel proved to be quite a chore to fit. The trick is to get the exact curvature to follow the inside contour of the bubble. After several failed attempts, I finally came up with a simple method to duplicate the required conture. As shown in photo #1, the first step is to provide a straight horizontal line to measure up from at evenly spaced points along the line. The vertical lines are spaced at 2" centers. I simply measured up from the horizontal line to the bubble and plotted the measurements on the pattern. All that was left was to connect the dots and carefully cut out the pattern.
