Attached the skin to the horizontal stabilizer. I left the hinge clecoed until I complete the elevator. I will rivet the hinge to both sides at final assembly. The plastic tips are not installed unil after the stabilizer is attached to the fuselage. I will fit and cleco them just before attaching the elevator to minimize damage to the tips while moving around the shop.
