Completed the horizontal stabillizer. The predrilled holes are amazing. This was a huge time saver. I only had to run a drill through the hole for final size. The holes were the correct size but just needed to be reamed to make inserting the rivets easier. There are so many more holes to deburr when compared to the rudder assembly. This is a boring task but very, very important. All mateing surfaces were primed before riveting them in place.
