Rivetting the large ones around the edge takes some effort and you have to make sure that you keep the riveter parallel to the bulkhead, otherwise you will squeeze the rivet sideways and you need to drill it out.One method that worked for me was to clamp it to the table as shown int he third picture. Also pay very close attention to the different rivets used, it is easy to put the wrong one in .... did that.
