This is one of those sections where you really have to pay attention and it will take a lot of time. Every time you match drill you have to take it apart and debur.
In step 1 you make the brackets, no hard.
In step 2 you have to flute the bulkhead but I was not surein which direction, so I will look at it again when the skinns go on.
In steps 3 to 6 you cleco the set together drill, take it apart and debur. Now do it again for different holes.
