Today I did some more work on the right side cowl hinge pin cover. I shaped the hole to closely match the blank piece (which I painted white to see it easier), then taped the blank in place from the outside, and applied fibreglass to the inside.
I'll leave this for a day or two now to fully harden before going any further. I also need to work out how I'm going to fill all the small gaps I have around the front of the cowl pieces. They haven't mated up as nicely as I'd like, so a bit of work still needs to go into these parts.
No pictures, but I also spent an hour freshening the desicant cannisters screwed into the top spark plug holes of each cylinder.
