I recently contacted George Orndorff of GeoBeck Inc., the creator of the RV series of construction DVDs, to inquire about a special bucking bar he used in back riveting the fuel drain on RV-8 tanks. He doesn't carry this item for sale, however, he agreed to make me one for about the price of standard steel bucking bars from other vendors. There are other ways of riveting the fuel drain, of course, but this bar makes the task easy. In addition, I think the bar will be useful in riveting the tight places inside the flaps (overlapping bottom and top skins at trailing edge). It may also have other uses not yet discovered.
