Brief Description: Continued working on cockpit interior
Todays task list included:
1) The cockpit floor panels were completed including the foot wells and seat hinges. 2) The nutplates were installed on the rear baggage compartment panel. 3) The seat ramp assemblies for the front were completed. 4) The console was installed and the mounting holes were match drilled to the bulkhead cap. 5) The bulkhead cap was removed and nutplates installed. 6) The left and right cabin covers were attached and the mid-longerons match drilled to the covers. 7) The fuel valve bracket was attached temporarily and match drilled to the mid-cabin brace. 8) The hole thru the cabin cover for the fuel valve was marked and drilled to 3/8".
I finished the day by pulling the aluminum stock for fabricating the cable anchor and laying out the bracket. I noticed that the three cable holes in the bracket do not match those in the port side landing gear box. The three holes in the gear box are 1" center to center to center while the bracket is 13/16" to 14/16" to 14/16". I have double checked the measurements and they match the drawing. I am not sure whether this is a problem or not.
