Brief Description:  Continue building seat rib subassembly

I made good progress today in the shop. The entire seat rib subassembly was clecoed together and everything was match drilled per the shop instructions. Everything was taken apart and all holes and edges were deburred. The rib flanges were dimpled and the skin edges were beveled as appropriate for lap joints.

The spar attach bars and non-alclad brackets and spacers were primed per instructions. I also decided to prime the flanges (both sides) on all the seat ribs. I also plan to put a strip of primer on the skins where the ribs mate. If moisture gets inside the plane it will probably accumulate in the bottom of the fuselage. The primer should reduce the possibility of corrosion.

Finally, I began to reassemble the structure. The spar attach bars, gussets, and seat belt lugs were riveted to the bulkhead. Also, the nutplates were clecoed to the seat rib angles and the seat belt anchors were clecoed in prepararion for riveting. Hopefully, I should be able to complete the entire subassembly in the next shop session.
