With the HS Stable the VS can be alligned and drilled.
The Spacer used on the fwd spar on the VS was hard to keep in place so a peice of tape was used to tape it to the support so it did not move while i got it alligned.
Looseley clamped with the locator hole Clecoed I was able to get it alligned with the HS. I was able to get it alligned perfectly with the HS by cross measuring from top of VS to end of HS.
Once it was alligned, I started at the bottom and worked my way up.
Drilling the lower through the hinge plate into the tail wheel mount on the interior of the tail was a slight challenge making sure the edge clearances were adheared to. Measuing where the edge of the wheel plate was and transfering those measurments to the outside, I was able to ensure I had plenty of material to bolt into.
