Carried out the intent of TAF Service Bulletin 0014 Revision 1 as far as the fuselage main spar carry-through is concerned. Drilled out the rivets in a staggered fashion so as not to lose the hole alignment, cleaned the holes then applied the anti-corrosion compound prior to installing the replacement stainless steel rivets. Waste not want not with the "Duralac" product, AU$25 for 25ml from a ships chandlery (Whitworths) that's $1,000 per litre!! I should be able to complete the entire S.B. including the wings with only one tube used so not too bad I guess. The products recommended in the S.B. are not readily available to me but I am confident this product meets the "any other suitable faying surface sealant" requirement of the S.B.
