Today I was able to bend the second door for the luggage compartment, they will require refinement, I needed to produce doublers to fit under the door support structure as the door plus its seal would have been sitting proud of the skin. All the holes in the skin were factory drilled to only 2.4mm so they were reamed to 3.2mm. A trial assembly shows some adjustments will be required for a perfect fit but overall I think it will work well. Adjustments, deburring, alodining, priming & sound proofing to go before riveting it all in place.
