Since my last blog I've spent many hours mounting the wiring looms to the previously installed brackets. The vast majority of the looms fit as I had hoped with just a couple being a little longer than required. That's O.K. as I'd rather them be too long than too short. I've also connected the pitot, static & AoA hoses and generally tried to make the installation as tidy & secure as I can. I still need to connect the headset socket/Lemo harness to the radio connector and do some other minor tasks but basically the panel is now installed. PGC paid a visit today & with his encouragement we applied power to the panel for the first time since being on the bench, no smoke & everything works!
