I started making the mount for the taxi camera today, I'll utilise the unused nose landing gear lower mount to position it below the cowl & on the aircraft centre line. It is angled down a little too much at the moment, I want to see further in front of the aircraft than shown in the photos below. I'll build a wedge to adjust the angle, (the mount also needs a couple of spacers at its rear edge where the popsicle sticks are in the photo) then alodine the piece/s and rivet it all in place. Later I'll decide if the guidance lines are helpful or not, I think I can delete them from the image if desired.
