I've been working on the windscreen bow over the past few days adding material to fill the gap between the bow and canopy at the bottom on each side. A look at my blog of 18 July this year shows a gap both at the top and the bottom. The factory recommends setting a gap of approximately 3mm at the top and have the canopy & windscreen bow touching on each side at the bottom. Lots of filling and sanding but I think its improving.
