The filler used to build the steps cured well and I have sanded them to set the height of the bow very near the height of the canopy, I'll do the final adjustments when I've completed building up the other surfaces. I also sanded the rear face of the bow to be more parallel with the canopy mating surface. Lots more filling & sanding to go.
