Still feeling a bit under the weather with a head cold so I've completed a few simple tasks over the past days. I produced the wiring harness for the integral generator voltage regulator in accordance with the Sling build manual. It includes a 1N5821 diode between the regulator output & the capacitor that is not included in the Rotax wiring diagram.
I installed the stick grips with reference to Sling Information Letter 011 by securing the stick grip caps using low profile M3 machine screws threaded into the sticks.
The air vent ducting will be difficult to attach after the dash is installed so today using self sealing silicone tape & nylon cable ties, I secured them to the dash vents.
