I spent today preparing the replacement left wing tip for installation. It required quite a bit of trimming and also required the removal of the inner stiffening rib along the lower edge, the same as the right side. I've done my best to have the span wise dimensions of both tips the same & they are within 3mm at the main & rear spars as far as I can tell.
