I've decided to make the fuel tank mounting bolt access covers removeable as opposed to riveting them in place as per the build instructions. I'm using MS21059L06 floating anchor nuts fastened using Cherry BSC-34 countersunk rivets & 6-32 x 1/2" stainless steel screws. Because the skin is being dimpled, the anchor nuts don't lay flat on the skin. I've made spacers (alodined) that fill the void between the skin & anchor nut, I put a small bend in them to provide friction so they will not fall out when the screws are removed. One hole complete today with the other three being prepared.
