KLH helped me today, we removed the tip jig and fitted the tip rib then we trial fitted the aileron & flap. There is a 14mm gap between them which looks a bit big to me. PGC is at the factory today so he will ask if this is normal but apart from that, everything looks to be O.K. We removed all that we had trialled today and reinstalled the jig. I'll complete the installation of the wing tips when I can do both wings at the same time. I've been told by the guys at the factory that having the tips mounted at exactly the same angle (dihedral wise) is important to reduce roll trim. So that's it for the left wing at this stage, tomorrow I'll start on the other one.
