Commenced deburring the wing skins. One skin, the "lower step skin" WG-SKN-009-X-A-0, does not look like the illustration in the build manual. A short email to the factory had that sorted with Kyle replying within 30 minutes that the panel I have is indeed correct & he supplied photos to assist me with the orientation of the skin. I also experimented with bending the rear support angle of rib 8. It makes the rib sit too high on the rear spar so I de-riveted it, made a makeshift jig that allowed some gentle percussion to take place & the result is not too bad. I'll wait till the skin is clecoed on the spars & ribs before making the final adjustments & reinstalling the support angle on the rib. In hindsight it would be best to leave these support angles off ribs 4, 6, 8 & 9 until the trial fit of the lower skin rather than checking their fit at the rib assembly stage.
