In this work session, I installed the VA-111 Pushrod ends into the Aileron Pushrods. I touched up the primer on the inside using an aersol primer. But I was happy with the self etching primer that I had poured down the pushrod. I also used the self etching primer to coat the MSP-42 pulled rivets before installing them. I had a little trouble matching the VA-111 Push rod ends, as all of my marks were invisible after priming. As such I had to do a fair amount of mix and matching to make sure I had all of the parts in the places where they were I match drilled them. Then I also touched up the scuffed areas on the end of the pushrods with the liquid self etching primer. I may still paint the pushrods with a gloss white aerosol spray paint, given the opportunity.
