Brief Description: Match Drilling and Countersinking the F-704A, & -7
In this work session I match drilled the F-704A & -704B to the F-704D-L & -R and the F-704C-R & -L. As directed I, fit the close tolerance wing attatchment bolts and clecoed the plates in position before match drilling the rivet holes. I also match drilled the F-782 and F-783 Cover Support Ribs, and the F-704M Web Stiffeners. Next, I countersunk the rivet positions that will attatch the K1000-08 nutplates to the underside of the F-704A & B. While countersinking the holes, I accidently egged one hole. Van's suggested I made a doubler plate and filled in the hole w/JB Weld which I accomplished.
