Former #5 had some misaligned flutes that I had to fix, which sucked because removing them bowed the part. I fiddled with it for an hour or so until I got in bent well enough to fit.
The Fitting was pretty good, but I added a shim strip on the right side to make the fit tight against the skin to prevent dimples when I rivet. Working at the aft end inside the fuselage is for the birds; it's *really* tight back there, and I can only get one shoulkd in at a time to work. Very uncomfortable and it gets hot under there too.
