Brief Description:  Boxed and shipped Numatx Squeezer

Returned the Numatx Squeezer to HyTech (current manufacturer) for repair. Little did I know it was going to take them 3 weeks to get it back to me...and it still didn't work. I sent that one back and they sent me a new one which worked just fine but I didn't get it until May 22. That was 5 weeks without a squeezer. HyTech's customer service was awful. I made at least 6 calls, including one to one of their VPs, over that period and even contacted the original designer thru the VAF site (Mark S.). The tool worked great once I got a working one. They should've just sent me a new one when I returned the original but I was told that's not their policy. They tried to fix it but the problem was getting someone to fix it. I'm sure it sat in the box or on someone's work bench for 10 days before they even looked at it.
