Since I can't do any riveting since my squeezer has been returned to the manufacturer, I jumped ahead to the rudder. As with all new sections it began with pulling the parts, getting the vinyl off the pieces and smoothing all the edges. I also ordered Avery speed deburring tool from Aircraft Spruce. I didn't like the one that came in the Cleaveland Kit. This one seems to fit my style better and I get a better feel for deburring.
I also modified a 2"scotchbrite wheel to accommodate using a dremel tool for deburring. I saw a couple do this on YouTube (RV10) to speed up the edging and deburring process. You cut the wheel into wedges then screw the wedge on to a mandrel. It allows you to get into small and hard to reach places.
