Deburred, countersunk and primed parts. I used SEM Self Etching Primer (Gray).
I have not done any riveting yet as I'm having issues with the Numatx HTS squeezer I purchased from Aircraft Spruce. The intensifier (blue cannister) has a pin hole air leak in the top seal. It seems to squeeze rivets okay but the leak is annoying. Plenty of other stuff to do while I decide what to do with this squeezer.
Also ordered a sub-structure 3/32 dimple die set from Cleaveland Tool. This allows better access to dimpling the flanges as the die is not as wide.
