Brief Description: Clecoed skin, final drilled, primed
Started assembling the VS together in order to final drill all of the skin to rib and spar holes. The manual says not to force the skin in place. I wouldn't say it slid into place easily as I had to apply some manipulation around the leading edge ribs to get the skin in place but it wasn't too bad. After it was put together and drilled you then disassemble and dimple all of the skin to flange locations minus 6 holes on the very bottom which will be where a fairing is attached. I also ordered some more tools...Scotchbrite 1" cut and polish wheel and an additional Countersink cage.
