The out-board bracket was unclear where and how to mount as the trailing edge with the flap was not matching. I emailed Dennis B. for advice and he promptly replayed with the answer. The Aileron has to match as good as possible the wing tip, therefore the outboard bracket has to sit flash to the trailing edge of the wing, and the flap trailing edge hast to be trimmed to match.
