Brief Description: Bending the Inboard Aileron Hinge
First I spend time to think how to accomplish this task the easiest way. Clear was I needed to make first a template. I used some scrap 3mm aluminium bend it till it was right. Also the bend lines in manual were not correct as I would get a twist into the bracket if I have bent them like that. To not to twist the bracket the bend lines have to be parallel. Some timber and a bar to bend worked fine. End result was spot on!
