Brief Description: Rudder testing and Spar Box Troque
I connected temporary the rudder cables to the rudder for final checks and testing, when I discovered that the rod end was facing the wrong angle and the cable was not in line. This will require some modification to get the rod end facing downwards so that the cable is not touching the HS spar. Also it required some trimming (3mm) of the fin to give full movement to the rudder.
As next I replaced all temporary nuts form the spar box with the lock nuts and torqued wrenched them correctly to 15 ft lbs.
