After a week waiting, my wife and I grabbed the canopy and glued it onto the frame. All preparation were done the weekend before therefore only the glue had to be put on. After cleaning we covered first all parts with resin and then mixed some flox up and smeared it equally onto the frame. Finally we put the canopy into place which was very easy as we exercised before. Everything worked as planed and only a few straps had to put in place to apply enough pressure onto the frame to keep the Canopy in the right shape. We have certainly not saved with glue, which had to be cleaned afterwards from inside to give a nice finish edge. Good preparation and covering with tape helped in this case a lot.
