Final gluing preparations on the canopy were done after I cut the canopy to size. It took three runs to get the right measurement of overlap. Unfortunately I run out of time and temperature was already too low to glue the canopy onto the frame. Also I mad on advice from Dennis B. a few brackets to hold and lock the canopy into the right place. A few lift trails with my wife worked out very well and should be an easy task for next weekend to do the job. With the brackets on a light down angle the canopy slips almost into the right position and pulls the Perspex to the frame. A very good advice!
