Finished the hinges on the right elevator and the time spend in preparation payed back; hinges are all in line and flat with the surface, no binding! Later I cut the balance part off, on both elevators and marked the 15deg down angle and cut it. For the correct spacer a 3mm balsa sheet worked fine. Also prepared surface for glassing and removed Gelcoat for better bonding.
