Brief Description: Dimpled/countersunk front spar, worked on ribs.
Today I worked on dimpling the front spar tab holes and then countersunk the matching holes on the reinforcement angles.
The rest of the time was spent modifying the HS-404 ribs to fit around the HS-710 and 714 angles when assembled. After that, I seperated the rest of the horizontal stabilizer ribs into left and right and then fluted the flanges to make them lie flat on the table. When stamped out the ribs tend to warp a little and need to be straigthened by putting little creases (fluting) in the flange with a fluting pliars.
