Clecoed and drilled E-601PP and E-611 PP to E-702 Spar.
Prepared E-703 end ribs and E-704 Counterbalance Ribs.
Drilled #12 holes for counter weight mounting screws. Clamped counter weight to the drill press and aligned ribs with a level. Cutting/Drilling lead is like cutting butter. Hot lead goes everywhere.
Drilled #19 hole in the center of E-610 PP’s for a #8 screw and ground straps. Drilled #40 holes for rivets holding Platenuts in place.
Instructions call for machine countersinking #40 holes E-709 Root Rib to E-702 Spar, but I will dimple the holes instead.
Cut out RH E-714 Counterweight in accordance with (IAW) E-714 Trim Detail on drawing 5.
