Brief Description: mounting horizonal stabilizer and closing tailcone
today was kind of a milestone. after putting it on and taking it off hundreds of times to address various issues, I finally mounted the horizontal stabilizer/elevator assembly and torque sealed the mounting bolts. made the final assembly of the elevator control rod to the elevator horn, closed up the inspection plates and moved on to the fin and rudder assembly.
