Brief Description:  fabricate counterweight ribs

fabricating these counterweight ribs was a repetitive process, and I may not be completely done yet. The first set I made would not fit into the fiberglass tips which I had purchased years ago. I don't remember what I paid for those tips, but I did pay something for them, so I want to use them if I can. I reworked the form blocks and made a second set, which comes much closer to fitting into the fiberglass tips. It's a very tight fit, and I recognize that I may need to rework the form blocks further and make a third set. But since I am having some difficulty visualizing how the various component parts need to come together, I think it is best to move forward with these and see how it goes. The counterweight ribs need to be firmly attached to the outboard rib of the elevator, and align with (without touching) the outboard rib of the horizontal stabilizer, at the same time that they support the actual counterweight and form the mounting surface for the fiberglass tips. So my next step will be to lay out all of these parts and see how they fit together.
