Brief Description: debur and polish edges of spar webs
Deburred edges of spar webs for wings and center section. polished on scotchbrite wheel. checked size using assembly jig fixture and filed to final size where oversize. This work took so long because it also required cutting the remaining 0.040 in half and moving it to other storage, plus getting the 12-foot pallet it came on out of my shop. Just to be safe I took some time to go back over the plans and make sure I don"t need any more pieces of 0.040 longer than six feet.
